The byproduct of two gay gym rats coupling in the shower at your local workout club. We all know the overly-helpful, underdressed, bicep-kissing gym rat that is constantly trying to give unsolicited advice; jumps in to spot when not needed; and is always touching inappropriately. He claims that he is the “sheepdog” of the gym, taking care of the lesser members. Well...he is gay...and is looking to pick up a lover to eventually take into the shower for a Sheepdog Smoothie.
