Friuli is a north-easth region of Italy. Him inhabitants (called "friulani") is a perfect mix of tradition, closed-mind philosophy, red wine and blasphemy. The typical meal is the frico and polenta ( a dish based of cheese and potatoes). Every region in Italy has a dialect, but the Friulani is considered a true language. Friuli have 3 principal cities: Udine, Trieste and Pordenone. Trieste regional capital. Everybody hates Trieste and the triestini ( who is from trieste). Udine situated in center of Friuli, should be the regional capital. Prdenone, actually, nobody cares about him...
