The heart of a cheater. A heart which in the literal sense belongs to the cheater. Coined by rapper J.Cole in the song "Kevin's Heart", the phrase references actor / comedian Kevin Hart, who in 2017 was famously filmed cheating, on his pregnant wife in a now viral video, captured by Miami paparazzi.
