A person who is so unbelievably weird and pathetic that they are utterly laughable. Usually used while playing "The Drop Game." A game where friends sit around and list the names of others they know and consider "drops." Rules of the Game: very similar to [the Celebrity] game. One starts off with a drop of their choosing, then the person to their right must say the name of a drop who's name starts with the same letter as the first letter in their lastname as the "drop" previously dropped.
