A Rhizome (botanical origin), unlike trees or their roots, connects any point to any other point, and its traits are not necessarily linked to traits of the same nature. Rhizomatic is a philosophical concept developed by Gilles Deleuze and Félix Guattari, used to describe theory and research that allows for multiple, non-hierarchical entry and exit points in data representation and interpretation.
