A person from Random Town, USA thousands of miles away that just happens to be a "fan" of historically successful and popular teams. This person has no ties to the city or state the team calls home and never will have any experience with real fans of the team at local events, home games, etc. The local real fans from the area of the team dont even take these people serious, so they're "fans" of a team whose real fanbase doesnt even acknowledge them and considers them a joke.
