It has the best of two worlds location wise, as it is situated between a large park area and [walking distance] from urban amenities. There is a very well maintained Housing Co-op [on the street]. There are Community gardens and bike paths, also plentiful buses and [convenience] stores close by. I have lived here 25 years and though violence has increased in the surrounding area, our street is still relatively safe. (Note: Wiggins Private is a street, not a "hood".
