A sex move in which just prior to ejaculation, a thumb is placed over the tip of the penis causing the ejaculate to move explosively, much like that of a champagne bottle after its shaken. Usually used after a particularly unlikely sexual encounter that one might count as a "victory" or in other celebratory circumstances such as New Years orr Birthdays.
