Created by Catalin Andrei Rajka Miniar is a poetic form built on intensity through brevity. It consists of exactly 4 lines — no more, no less. Each poem must have a title. There are no rules for syllable count and rhyme is optional. Miniar poems are meant to be emotionally direct and deliberately compact — a flash of thought, feeling, or truth distilled into just four lines. Born not to impress — but to express. From impulse, not perfection. From truth, not tradition. A Miniar invites a shift — often subtle, often sharp — usually in the final line. That last line may sting, surprise, question, or clarify. A shard of emotion. A fragment of memory. A whisper that lands like a thunderclap. Unlike traditional forms (like haiku or tanka), Miniar doesn’t bow to nature, syllables, or structure. It bows only to truth — in its simplest, clearest form.
