It means subtitles for people who are deaf or hard of hearing. It can also refer to the Creative Commons licence, which to be honest, is totally beyond me. As Skooch said in one of his videos, I "don't brain too big" In everyday life, it is confusing as heck.

I was really excited to receive this mug and when it did come it was perfect quality. My only complaint is that the color I choose was green teal but it came in yellow.
