When youre taking a shit, you haven't pooped yet, you take some toilet paper and wrap it around your index and middle fingers, and shove them up your ass like a plug while also trying (with maximum effort) to force out the poop. The gas and poo will become so built up in your ass that when you suddenly pull your fingers out of your butt, the poo will rocket out of your ass and splash into the toilet.
