From "homunculus" which means "perfectly formed miniature human being", which you should infer this means a nondeformed penislike object too small to be considered a penis at first glance. Sounds likes "humungous penis" in some dialects which confuses some frat boys who think saying they have a "homuncupenis" is an awesome pick up line when delivered in the "humungous" sounding manner.
