1.) A person (typically in a school environment) who makes the lives of others miserable all because they can and they think that it's fun. 2.) A PS2 game (known as Canis Canem Edit in the UK) developed by Rockstar Games (Creators of Grand Theft Auto) where you play as 15 year old Jimmy Hopkins, a new student at the fictional boarding school Bullworth Academy and must take over each of the cliques of the school (The Nerds, Jocks, Preps, Greasers & Bullies). It got a re-release titled Bully: Scholarship Edition for the Xbox 360, Wii, and PC.
