CECA Co-Operative Education for Career Action is the institution dedicated to ruining the self esteem, independence, scheduling preferences, sense of self, and career choices of University of Waterloo Students. CECA performs satanic rituals in the basement of TC in the hours of the night to attract more sadistic employers such as Toyota and Canadian Nuclear Labs (Chalk River Branch).
