A stubborn hair disturbance most commonly caused by sleeping. Other known causes include extended periods of hat donning and/or helmet wearing. Rarer cases have been known during prolonged periods of strong wind exposure. Buftahs are more common in hair lengths within the range of 2 - 12cm, but this can vary depending on hair thickness. Buftahs are most effectively tamed after showering, but more experimental methods of removal do exist.
