"The curl of the lock of hair of the beloved." - Translation This is the energy at the base chakra in Yoga, Hindu, and other spiritual practices. It flows from the base, curling like a snake, penetrating each chakra on both sides, until it reaches the top. Said by some to be a dangerous practice, they recommend doing it only after having a great deal of experience in both chakras and lesser energy openings. It brings great power, apparently.
