a white person, especially one with habits which are deemed very white/pop culturally uncool, i.e. eating mayonnaise all the time, wearing plaid pants, playing golf, etc. some people, like me, are not ashamed of being crackers and embrace their whiteness, however dorky. see Dave Chappelle's hilarious impersonations of white people for an example of crackerliness.
