A shithole city in Maryland that thinks it is Philly, but is nowhere near. Makes post-nuclear Hiroshima look like the land of milk and honey. It is the 6th most dangerous city in the US, whereas for all Philly haters, Philly is not even on the list. BTW-DC is ALSO on the list, at like #4 or something.
