Literally means "These Dicks" but it is considered the most classic italian astonishment escalmation due to fresh news or surprising information. When you add "GRAN" and say "STI GRAN CAZZI" (lit. "These Big Dicks") your surprise is even more real. It is a sort of "WTF!". You can also say "E STI GRAN CAZZI NON CE LI METTI?" (lit. "Why don't you add these big dicks into it too?") when the person you're talking to says something very big and unusual like it's the most common and easily thing in the world.
