The absurd act of trademarking or attempting to trademark commonly used words and phrases, named after our dear friend miss Taylor Swift, who has actually trademarked such things as "this sick beat", "nice to meet you, where you been?", "I'll write your name", "blank space", and "1989". See also: The Fine Bros trademarking "react", because for some inconceivable reason, they think they invented the reaction video. Because they're absolute wazzocks. ((Note: Swifting™ is NOT trademarked, the ™ is simply a stylization. I am not a Swifter™.))
