A scally are obvious to notice, PANTS TUCKED INTO THEIR SOCKS. Typical scallies are the ones that often kick-off with anyone just to show their "bravery" Half of them just get pissedall the time, at least 70% of them. All alone, scallies are scared and are pussies, you say anything to them when they are alone, they have no words and start shaking. Scallies are usually grouped up with a maximum of 5 people together, their brands totally suck, Fred Perry, Burberry etc. If you ever see an ambulance pass by on a nightclub night, it's usually a typical scally kicking the total shit out of someone.
