gradsplain: when a grad student reads one or two books then feels the need to (mis)explain any and every academic concept to everyone they interact with, mostly to tell said people that they are somehow wrong about their own thoughts, opinions, and/or experiences. Gradsplainers do not generally care even if those they interact with have superior training, experience, schooling, or degrees.
