Bush uses the ideology of [Preemptive strike] borrowed from Reagan, as well as the thin evidence of small, third-world nations as eminent threats to the U.S., whose military outnumbers that of all other nations worldwide.  Reagan also used the pretexed of fighting terrorism in his term, only against Central America.  Both presidents share the idea that huge tax cuts will stimulate growth in a dying economy.
