Cutting is a form of self harm. Cutters use sharp objects to harm themselves. They cut anywhere to just feel something. I have a way to describe it to non-self harmers. Just hold your breath. Hold it until your chest feels like it might just burst and then breathe. You felt relief and that's what cutters feel.
