Fumus is a word which describes human flesh. e.g. When we eat cow, we refer to it as beef, eating pig flesh is referred to as pork. Chicken and lamb are sadly referred to as chicken and lamb, respectively. However, human flesh required it's own name. Fumus comes from the F from Flesh, the um from hUMan, and us from us- because- I don't know.
