The International Free Riders' Association. The IFRA is an informal association that exists within every organization (educational or otherwise). The IFRA is formed of that group of people who are never willing to work in the team of which they are a part. A free-rider (freeloader) definitely exists in every team. Be it your study group in your college, or your work team in the office. The "freeloader" is a member of The IFRA, which consists of other people like them. A person's consent is not required for him/her to be a member of The IFRA (they would be too lazy to give the consent anyway); rather, members of The IFRA are nominated by the team members of the free-rider through a voting system. So, let's say there are 20 study groups in a college. Every group will have at least one freeloader who will be chosen by the other members through voting. This means that The IFRA of that college is a 20 members organization (consisting of one freeloader from each group).
