Gang stalking is the term used to refer to the perceived perception by individuals that large mobs of people are stalking them, for whatever insidious purpose. It is closely related to the perception that one's mind is being read, or that others are constantly talking about one behind ones bat. These perceptions all egocentric (that is, centred around the person believing they are experiencing gang stalking, not necessarily egoistic) symptoms of paranoid schizophrenia.
