Defcon 1 is a code used amongst guys for when a woman is at that time o the month and should not be argued with, agreed with or even spoken to. God save any man who's girlfriend is at Defcon 1. Defcon 2 is achieved when there are either 2 Women at Defcon 1 or if one Woman is so far into Defcon 1 she is psychotically raging around destroying all in her path.
