A person who is perceived as weird and strange. But the person itself doesn't notice of this, even worse he looks down to other people. The person may think he or she is a social person being nice. Nevertheless the person is just nice to the one he likes or are popular. People are smelling the arrogance. Thus the person ends up hanging with people the person itself considers as "losers".
