Double OT is double overtime. This occurs in sports such as hockey, soccer, basketball, etc. This is when the two teams are tied and after the first overtime session is over the score is still tied (whether at the same point value or more). Double overtime is where winners are crowned and dreams die. This was referenced in White Iverson by Post Malone.
