Has a video game sensibility. A) Used to describe someone who can start playing a video game at more than 'novice' level, due to extensive experience playing video games. B) Could also be used to describe someone whose video game sensibility stretches into the real world to a degree that is somewhat comical or absurd, or who chooses to describe people and events as if they are game characters or targets. The word comes from the fact that gamers automatically understand that a red barrel in a video game will explode when shot.
