A homey cunt is someone who loves to party, gets all the bitches, and is just an all round cool bloke. Although the word 'cunt' is often seen as an insult, being called a homey cunt is considered a compliment, not an insult. You may not at anytime call someone a homey cunt if they are seen as a pussy or just not a very cool person. All persons guilty of this crime will never be considered as a homey cunt themselves, and will therefore live a wretched, boring and miserable life.
