Hook-up potential. Can be used in relation to a situation or place, ex. a party, or a specific person. For a situation or place, describes either how likely it is for you to find a hook-up there, or how likely in general it is for the average person to find a hook-up. Regarding a specific person, describes the potential to hook-up with them (also, see phu). Can also use the word hup to just mean hook-up, such as "I'd hup him!"
