Someone who constantly stimulates oneself and likes to brag about it. A mr tugalot can be recognized if they do any of the following: 1. Spend most of their time discussing their porn habits. The type they watch, what they don't watch, how often, where they watch it etc... 2. Anything and everything is wank material to them. They may keep a photo album of mug shots of their friends to use later on. e.g. A Wank Bank 3. They are extremely shocked to learn that not all of their 'friends' spend their nights tucked inside their rooms with the lights off, their headphones in and a box of Kleenex by their sides.
