What a skilled visual artist will call one of their drawings. The drawing is only a "doodle" in the sense that their usual drawings are actually a good deal better (at least in terms of technical skill shown); thus, making this a form of bragging. The artist may also refer to the drawing as a scribble instead of a doodle. You can see this use of the word "doodle" or "scribble" in online forums or art communities where visual artists post their artwork and provide comments about them.
