The new fashion craze sweeping poverty stricken cities worldwide, where young women who make babies end up in a welfare induced state, wearing the undersized clothes they have left over from their promiscuous, childless, highschool days. The result being that their gut fat is squeezed downwards to their pant line, where it becomes sandwiched between two tight areas resulting in protrusion.
