This is a sexual act where one person lies down and flops like a fish out of water and the other person has to save the "fish". In order to save the "fish" the person must crouch over the "fish" and masturbate. Cum or female ejaculate can save the fish. The fish can choose to die at any point, in which case the person will not waste the "water" on the dead fish. Also could be referred to as Save the Whale.
