A person who creates shitty jobs, as opposed to decent jobs. Shitty jobs can be any combination of minimum wage, no benefit, no mobility, part-time, and contract work. While technically better than being unemployed, the ability of a person working a full forty hour week for a Shitty Job Creator is inadequate to provide them with a standard of living above the poverty line.
