Hashirama of the Senju clan was the 1st Hokage of Konohagare (The Hidden Leaf Village) . He had the wood element, an jutsu style no one else had.(Other than when Orochimaru experimented with his cells and had other people as his experiments like: Yamato, Danzo, Whte Zetsu (Kabuto's doing), ect.)
