When you pee and can't get that last 1% out due to: A) morning erection B) being in an area where it would be too embarrassing to fart (the fart needed to release that 1%). C) combination of both. Often resulting in an embarrassing urine stain on shorts, pee of our, discomfort due to wet genitalia or a combination of above. Usually causes more net embarrassment than the necessary fart would have caused.
