A Declan - a supporters of British football club Celtic FC, who claim to be Irish based on the fact that their grandmother once bought a Riverdance CD. Also known as a "Plastic Paddy" they are to be found in small numbers in the bheast end of Glasgow, singing songs in support of the child murdering Irish Republican Army ( now deceased ) Most Declan's can also be found on social media sites, especially Twitter, where they speak of an unknown and certainly not recognised by any football authority, club called Sevco. Hence the reason most Declan's are also known as Sevcopaths. Declan's only breed with Bernadettes who are generally related to their immediate family, for example a sister, niece, cousin, aunty or mother.
