A dickish traffic maneuver often observed in US ghettos. This maneuver requires two actors. The first, a driver stopped at a red light of a single lane urban intersection, is the bystander. The ghetto pass is performed when the second actor, the ghetto passer, approaches the intersection but instead of stopping behind driver #1, pulls into the right turn lane, so the cars are side-by-side. As the light changes to green the ghetto passer floors their vehicle to pass driver #1, then swerves left to cut back into the proper driving lane.
