Tesh Tesh derives from the two words "Tight" and "Fresh" and describes something that is 10/10. 1. Originally it came from describing girls, but nowadays is just as good in describing both boys and girls. You can be either tight or fresh. Tight means you have a great body, objectively you are perfect. Then there's the fresh ones with great style, subjectively they are perfect. Once in a while there's somebody that is both tight and fresh. They are tesh. Like finding a bottle of Coca Cola in Cuba the tesh girls are very rare. 2. A situation that is (very) good could also be tesh as a complement to "sweet". But as above it is used sparsely.
