A system used by the government to insure that they have enough people working the factories and giving them money. The government purposely makes school very hard, so students will feel worthless and lose all hope in having a happy life. Students fail and can't get a great job. Resulting in them unwillingly working the factories and giving the government more money, just so they can brainlessly spend it on worthless stuff (like school) and go into debt. The debt then raises taxes and lessens even more the lives of the government slaves.
