Women (or men) who go about their day with a shawl on, but no pants or underwear. Also see Shirt Cocker, Shirt Cocking and Porky Pig. Supposedly first coined at burning man where shirt cocking and shawl cunting is most prevalent. In 2014, the BRC Dept. of Radical Inclusion Dick-a-boo Task Force notified all persons that shirt cocking should now be replaced with "dick-a-boo".
