A person who is a no good, rotten, waste of space and doesn't know it. They irritate and piss off everyone and anyone the come in contact with or just pass by. They think they are the smartest, best looking, gift of God to the world when in reality they are the exact opposite and repulse everyone and everything either by just walking in the room or opening their mouth. Anyone who's appearance or IQ would be improved by wearing a toilet seat paper protector.
