When you're too lazy to answer the house phone and you're just waiting for siblings, parents, or whoever else is in the house with you in a different room to get it. Pretty much it is procrastinating answering a phone call you are too lazy to get up and answer. After a certain amount of tones you realize that whoever else is in the house with you is doing it too. So in being the better man/woman you take your last bit of energy to rush to the phone.
