A person who thinks they can skateboard. Usually has a penny board because that's Mainstream and Hipster right now. Usually see them just carrying their board around. They also have no Scratches on their board because they cant do shit and just show off their £150 army print 'New' Board... from www.pennyskateboardsonline.com. Usually wear Beanies in the summer and Tie dyed tank tops with 'Hype' on them, or the really mainstream Thrasher T-Shirts in white with black writing. Some of them also have Facebook profile pictures of them doing an Ollie off a curb, but you can only see the skateboard and their feet so you dont know who the fuck has done it.
