Very few people attempt to go anywhere near or do any harm to said person because if they do the mafia will most likely tear them to shreds. Yes it does apply to both genders. Example: "Hey i really want get with that blonde in AP math". "Dude are you an IDIOT! here brother runs the gang, she's a total Mafia Dame".
