Mléko is when someone is totally out of his mind, doing loco things. It's a scenario when a person cannot think straight, often because of alcohol and/or drugs but it can also occur in a sober state. The person does strange things he never expected to do, which result is great video footage. The word is used in the Netherlands, but it's originated from Eastern Europe. Mléko is Czech for 'Milk'. In Polish it's Mleko and in Croatia it's called Mleijko.
